Return & Refund Policy 

All returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with UK Distance Selling Laws. After this 14-day period, returns may be accepted only in certain cases as outlined below.

To start a return or refund request, please use the form on the Contact Us page, email us at contactus@technotalks.co.uk, or contact us via WhatsApp. Wait for confirmation before sending the item back, as items dispatched without prior contact may not be processed, and the customer will be responsible for any resulting loss.

Return Policy by Situation:

1. Defective, Faulty, Wrong Item, or Missing Parts:

  • Issues must be reported within 3 days of delivery.
  • Return shipping is free, and the item must be returned in its original condition, with all packaging and accessories included.

2. Arrived Damaged:

  • Issues must be reported within 3 days of delivery.
  • A written statement from the courier confirming damage during shipping is required.
  • Return shipping is free, and the item must be returned in its original condition, with all packaging and accessories included.

3. Changed Mind or Purchased by Mistake:

  • Under UK Distance Selling Laws, you have the right to return items within 14 days of delivery.
  • Clearance sale items may not be eligible for return; check the product description.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs (we provide the label and deduct the cost from the refund).
  • New items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging.
  • Items with manufacturer seals must be returned with the seal intact. If the seal is broken, a deduction of 10-70% will be applied, depending on the item’s condition and usage.
  • Generic accessories are not returnable.

4. Returns After 14 Days (up to 30 days):

  • Returns after the 14-day period but within 30 days are accepted only for repairs under any available seller warranty for manufacturing faults, with return shipping paid by the customer.
  • Send an email to disputes@technotalks.co.uk with the tracking number, courier details, and order number in the subject line.

For all returns, please reset devices to factory settings and remove any locks or linked IDs, as failure to do so may delay processing.

If the customer does not confirm repair costs within 2-3 working days, the device will be returned to them.

Refund Policy:

  • No refunds will be issued after 30 days of purchase, regardless of any issues or warranty terms.
  • Refund amounts are at Technotalks' discretion and may vary. This decision is final and cannot be contested.
  • Inspect your order upon receipt and report any defects, damage, or wrong items immediately, so we can resolve the issue.
  • Refunds will be processed within 3 working days after the returned item is received, and may take up to 14 working days to reflect in your account. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Important Notes:

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to read and understand our policies.
  • Customers are responsible for shipping returns unless a prepaid return label is provided, in which case they must print it and drop the parcel at the nearest post office. We do not offer collection services.
  • Ensure the device is reset to its original settings and all personal data, passcodes, and linked accounts are removed before dispatch to avoid delays.
  • Once a return is approved, the product must be shipped within 7 days. If not, Technotalks may choose not to accept the return, regardless of the product’s condition.
